The Hull Reckitt Seahawks are pleased to confirm new match night improvements and processes ahead of the 2024/25 season commencing this weekend (Saturday 31st August).
Following the Fans Feedback Survey which took place during the early off-season, we’re pleased to welcome some new and improved match night experiences.
- New streamlined entry system for all different types of ticket buyer (please see the diagram at the bottom of this article to ensure you’re in the correct queue). Sponsors only includes Player Sponsors and all Corporate Partners/Sponsors, NOT items such as Own & Loans.
- Additional scanners upon entry to speed to up the entrance process.
- Two post-match player signings upstairs in the bar after every game, players will be confirmed on social media in the build up to the game that week.
- Matty’s post-match interview also in the bar upstairs so fans can listen in live before it goes onto the clubs social media channels.
- Additional drink station service hatch between E Block and DB Block so help reduce queues.
- In communication with HCAL and the rinks catering manager for how we can help speed things up and reduce queues on match nights.
- Chuck-a-puck also now allows you to win a game-worn Hull Seahawks jersey as well as the current existing prize!
