TICKETCO FAQ’S

TicketCo FAQ’s

When does the new system come into place?

TicketCo will be used from the 31st at the Cup Semi-Final onwards and will be the only system in place.

Will season pass holder cards still work or will they be issued with new ones?

There will no longer be any scanning of physical season passes, season pass holders will be issued with an electronic season pass to scan upon entry. This will be valid for all games which your previous season pass was valid for. Electronic season passes will be sent out prior to the home game on the 4th of February v Bristol Pitbulls as they will not come into effect until then.

Can I still buy tickets from reception using the new system?

Yes! Walk-up tickets will still be available via the Club reception on match nights only, NOT the council reception. However, if you wish to be sat in a specific seat we do advise booking in advance online to guarantee your seat. If the game is sold out and you are buying at the door we cannot guarantee entry. Tickets can no longer be bought via the HCAL website or their venues.

How do I book family tickets?

Discount codes for the family tickets are all on the main page, you may need to scroll down quite far to find these if viewing on a handheld device! There are four packages (Family 1-4) that are available, with each detailing which package would be best suitable for you. Having tried multiple avenues, this was the most effective way of allowing us to put a package in place that would truly reflect the discounts.

How do I book tickets as a Shark’s parent with the discount?

Information will be shared via Shark’s Social media detailing how to book. You will receive a specific discount code to be applied when booking. These codes will have the exact number of tickets required pre-allocated. If you are an Adult, Manager or U18 you will have one discount code, with a separate code for the children as they are free.

If you are a parent and are booking for an adult and child you will have to complete two separate transactions:

  • One for the adult to which you will apply the first discount code and complete the transaction.
  • A second for the child with their discount code to make their ticket free, this is not a transaction, just a seat reservation as it is free.

How do I book accessible tickets?

All accessible tickets are listed on the ticket types online. Our current availability includes Wheelchair Access and their Essential Companion, which is located in Standing Area 1 in the usual space near F block. We also have Ambulatory Disabled (able to sit in a normal seat) and their Essential Companion which is available to book for any normal seat.

How do I view my ticket?

If you have provided both your email and mobile number your ticket will be sent via both Email and SMS to you, if you have provided only your email it will be sent via email and if only mobile it will be sent via SMS. Tickets are also available to add to your mobile wallet! This is an instant process, if you do not receive it please be sure to check your spam/junk boxes.

Do tickets work on all mobile phones?

Yes, they do, all Tickets from Ticketco can be opened via texts, emails, and mobile browsers and can be added to Apple Wallets.

What are the new fees? (How much are they & what they are covering)

The fees range from 20p-75p per ticket which will cover the cost of which TicketCo charges the club per ticket. A portion of this is already covered by the club upfront, with the rest being shared by the customer and the club.

Who do I contact for help?

There is an internal process via TicketCo where you can “ask a question” This will come directly to our info@ email. You can of course email us at info@hullseahawks.co.uk or media@hullseahawks.co.uk and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible!
